Refund Policy
Because our products are ingestible and health-related, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used items due to safety and hygiene regulations.
However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you’re experiencing an issue with your product, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
To request a refund or replacement:
Email us at nikki@thefemology.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Eligible refunds or replacements apply if:
- Your product arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your package was lost or never delivered (based on tracking)
Returns are not accepted if:
- The product has been opened or used
- The return request is made after 14 days
- The issue is related to results (as everybody responds differently)

Shipping & Order Policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
We currently ship within the United States only, using USPS. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout.
